Bec Young

Bec Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curtin University, a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing from Notre Dame University, and a Master of Mental Health Nursing from the University of Newcastle, specializing in child and adolescent mental health. With clinical experience as a child and adolescent mental health nurse, she transitioned to research after working with parents and caregivers in the early parenting sector. Currently, Bec serves as a research assistant on the Early Neurodevelopment and Mental Health team at The Kids Research Institute Australia, where she is passionate about infant and early childhood mental health.
