Bree Katsamangos is a seasoned social impact practitioner, collective impact leader, and accredited partnership broker with over 20 years of experience dedicated to fostering community-led, place-based systems change in rural, regional, and remote areas. She currently serves as a Program Manager at Mission Australia, focusing on initiatives that empower local communities. Additionally, Bree is the Convener of Mid Coast 4 Kids, a collective impact initiative aimed at improving outcomes for children in the Mid Coast region, and leads as the Principal Consultant for InsideOut Communities, offering expertise in social impact strategies and partnership brokerage. Her academic credentials include an Honours Degree in Social Science from Southern Cross University and a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from the University of New South Wales, along with qualifications in management and training. Bree has a proven track record of brokering partnerships of both local and national significance, with a particular focus on building capacity within communities to lead their own development and address complex social issues. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge on the challenges and opportunities associated with achieving social impact in regional areas.
